1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state services:
1) "Licensing, renewal, issue of duplicates of license for activities in the sphere of use of space";
2) "Registration of space objects and rights to them".
2. To provide to department of strategic planning and technical regulation of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in official mass media.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the responsible secretary of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurgaliyev E. M.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
