1. Approve the enclosed Actions plan of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight, prevention and prevention of the crimes connected with human trafficking for 20122014 years (further - the Plan).

2. To akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty to develop and approve regional plans on fight, prevention and prevention of the crimes connected with human trafficking for 2012 - 2014 in a month.

3. To the central executive and state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval), to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) to provide implementation of the Plan;

2) annually, no later than January 20 to provide information on accomplishment of the actions provided by the Plan in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To represent to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually, no later than February 10 summary information on accomplishment of the Plan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
