About approval of Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for the heat energy released to consumers
According to Art. 13.1 of the Law on public services of municipal services No. 1402-XV of October 24, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 1417, the Art. 49) and the Order of the Government No. 397 of June 11, 2012 about Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for the heat energy released to consumers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 120 - 125, the Art. 439) and for the purpose of establishment of single calculation procedure and application of rates by the operators providing services in supply with heat energy, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for the heat energy released to consumers it (is applied).
2. The approved Methodology becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, is valid within five years and is obligatory for the operators providing services in supply with heat energy.
3. To impose control of application on department of rates and the economic analysis and department of regulation, investments and quality.
4. Recognize invalid the Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for the heat energy released to final consumers, approved by the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 147 of August 25, 2004 (The official monitor, 2004, No. 171-174, the Art. 335).
