1. To the beneficiaries included in the List of the public subjects provided with services of the telecommunication system of bodies of public management approved by the Order of the Government No. 840 of July 26, 2004. "About creation of telecommunication system of bodies of public management" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, 130, 1013), with subsequent changes and amendments, to provide to No. with the Art. compulsory use by officials and other employees of services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management for office correspondence and not to allow use of services of e-mail of the third service providers for office correspondence.

2. The state office to develop and approve Regulations on services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management.

3. To public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" as the technical and technological operator of system of e-mail of bodies of public management:

1) to provide action of system of e-mail as parts of telecommunication system of bodies of public management;

2) to provide services according to the quality requirements established in the Provision;

3) to give necessary support to beneficiaries for transition from the existing system of e-mail to services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management;

4) to create necessary special conditions for placement of electronic mailboxes of government employees with special status (the staff of Customs Service, bodies of defense, homeland security and protection of public order, and also other categories established by the law);

5) to provide services according to provisions of the Order of the Government No. 546 of July 20, 2011. "About approval of the Regulations on provision of services of telecommunication system of bodies of public management and modification of some orders of the Government" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 118-121, of the Art. 614), with the subsequent amendments.

4. To the public subjects provided with services of telecommunication system of bodies of public management as beneficiaries:

1) to provide use of services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management according to the Provision;

2) to appoint persons responsible for interaction with the technical and technological operator concerning use of services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management.

5. Recommend to other public subjects to use services of system of e-mail of bodies of public management.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State office.
