About approval of tax declarations and forms of account

For the purpose of reduction of tax declarations and forms of account in compliance with the existing tax legislation, taking into account amendments and changes made to the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic, and the conclusion according to the letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic of 08.10.2004 No. 03/03-425-5570, I order:

1. Approve the below-specified tax declarations and forms of account (are applied):

- "Declaration on the income of physical person";

- "Declaration on the income tax";

- "The tax declaration of the legal nonresident person performing activities through permanent mission in the Azerbaijan Republic";

- "Declaration on the value added tax";

- "The declaration on the value added tax accrued from the amount paid to the unregistered nonresident";

- "Declaration on excise";

- "Declaration on the property tax";

- "Declaration on land tax";

- "Declaration on the tax of trade";

- "The declaration on the simplified tax";

- "The declaration on the taxes withheld at payment source";

- "Report on deduction of the state fee".

2. Due to the approval of new tax declarations and forms of account to consider invalid the corresponding tax declarations and forms of account approved by the previous orders of the minister of taxes.

3. Charge to the Ministry of taxes of Nakhchivan AR, to Department on work with large taxpayers under the Ministry of taxes, to the Baku city tax department and territorial administrations of taxes timely to bring information on the tax declarations and forms of account approved by this Order to taxpayers.

4. Charge to the chief of staff Sevda Mamedova to provide finishing this Order according to the list of mailing of copies.

5. I reserve control of execution of this Order.
