Regulations of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Conducting the State Scientific and Technical Examination"

1. General provisions

Regulations of the state service: "Documents acceptance on conducting the state scientific and technical examination" (further - the state service) is developed according to article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2011 "About science", the Rules of the organization and conducting the state scientific and technical examination approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 1, 2011 No. 891 and the Standard of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Conducting the State Scientific and Technical Examination" (further - the Standard) approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 1119.

2. The state service is provided by subordinated organization of public institution "Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by "National Center of the State Scientific and Technical Examination" joint-stock company (further - the Center).

2. Requirements to procedure for rendering the state service

1) staff of Management of GNTE of the Center;

2) head of department of GNTE of the Center;

3) managerial control of the Center.

14. The text tabular description of the sequence and interaction of administrative actions (procedures) of each SFE with indication of the term of accomplishment of each administrative action (procedure) is given in appendix 1 (the table 1, 2, 3) to these Regulations.
