About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

a) approves in coordination with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation methodical instructions for development of standard rates of quality of water of water objects of fishery value, including standard rates of threshold limit values of hazardous substances in waters of water objects of fishery value;

b) determines concerning the documents provided by Regulations of the Council of the European Union of September 29, 2008 N 1005/2008, specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 2, 2010 N 35 "About single questions of Federal Agency for Fishery":

procedure for filling and approval of the certificate on catch of water biological resources;

procedure for filling and issue of the document, confirmatory that fish and other products from water biological resources were not exposed to other transactions, except unloading, overload or any transaction intended for preserving it in initial condition and remained under the supervision of competent authorities of the Russian Federation;

procedure for filling and confirmation of the document that the fish and other products processed in the Russian Federation from water biological resources were received from catch of the water biological resources which are followed by the certificate (certificates) on catch issued by competent authorities of the third countries.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
