Based on part four of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogs" and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the maximum quantity of drugs, psychotropic substances which can be made, be made, be processed, be stored legal entities, except for the legal entities specified in part five of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogs" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1960), in 2013 according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
