4) authorized body - the central executive body determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, enabling the realization of state policy in the field of communication, the state control, coordination and regulation of activities of persons providing services in the field of communication or using them;

5) monitoring of RChS, RES and VChU - complex of organizational and technical actions for collection, processing, the analysis and data storage about parameters and characteristics of radio signals and sources of radio emissions for the purpose of receipt of necessary information for adoption of decisions by authorized body on use of radio-frequency resource;

6) radio control - the system of measures providing operation of RES and VChU with the admissible level of hindrances by accomplishment of engineering supervision over radio emissions, inspection of RES and VChU, identification and suppression of action of sources of radio noise, violations of procedure for use of radio frequencies, standards and regulations on parameters of radiation of RES and VChU.
