Based on provisions of the h. (4) Art. 83 of the Section II of the Tax code and h. (7) Art. 187 of the Section V of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, with subsequent changes and amendments, and also in pursuance of provisions of the Order of the Government No. 596 of 13.08.2012 about approval of the Declaration on the income tax of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the List of codes of tax benefits on the income tax according to appendix to this order.

2. The list of codes of tax benefits on the income tax (appendix to this order) is used when filling appendix 4D and appendix 6D to the Declaration on the income tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 596 of 13.08.2012.

3. Declare invalid the Order GGNI No. 522 of 2.10.2007. "About change of the Order of GGNI "About Approval of Standard Form of the Declaration on the Income Tax" No. 240 of December 30, 2004.
