About simplification of export of fruit and vegetable products

For the purpose of optimization of the conditions necessary for export of the perishable fruit and vegetable products coming from the Republic of Moldova and optimization of customs procedures of this category of the goods according to the Art. 132, 135 Customs codes approved by the Law No. 1149-XIV of the July 20, 2000 (reissued in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007) with subsequent changes and amendments, and also item 79 of the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 1140 of 2.11.2005 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2005, 1285), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. No. 157-160,:

1. Resolve customs clearance of the perishable fruit and vegetable products coming from the Republic of Moldova (the list is attached), in customs regime of export on any customs post without representation of permission of customs in which zone of activities the exporter, about registration of goods in other customs is registered.

2. First priority of customs clearance, including execution of the relevant customs papers is appropriated to the goods specified in item 1 of this Order.

3. Execution of requirements of this Order to assign to chiefs таможень.

4. To impose control over fulfillment of requirements of this Order on management of the organization of customs control.
