About approval of considerable, large and especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances, and also considerable, large and especially large sizes for the plants containing drugs or psychotropic substances or their parts containing drugs or psychotropic substances for the purposes of Articles 228, 228.1, 229 and 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

According to the Federal Law of March 1, 2012 "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decides No. 18-FZ:

1. Approve enclosed:

considerable, large and especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purposes of Articles 228, 228.1, 229 and 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation;

considerable, large and especially large sizes for the plants containing drugs or psychotropic substances or their parts containing drugs or psychotropic substances for the purposes of Articles 228, 228.1, 229 and 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 2006 No. 76 "About approval of large and especially large sizes of drugs and psychotropic substances, and also large and especially large sizes for the plants containing drugs or psychotropic substances or their parts containing drugs or psychotropic substances for the purposes of Articles 228, 228.1, 229 and 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 787);

Item of 2 changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions connected with drug trafficking and the psychotropic substances approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 2006 No. 421 (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 29, the Art. 3253);

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
