Article 1

1. Approve the performance report of the budget of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) for 2011 with the following main indicators:

1) the total amount of budget receipts of Fund in the amount 558 594 654, 3 thousand rubles, including the interbudget transfers from the federal budget in the amount 145 910 369, 6 thousand rubles, the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 999 983, 7 thousand rubles, return of remaining balance of means of subsidies and subventions of last years from Fund in the amount 1 516, 1 thousand rubles, receipt in Fund of the means of the federal budget and budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund which are illegally used in 2010 in the amount of the 67th 230, 4 thousand rubles;

2) the total amount of expenses of the budget of Fund in the amount 497 569 016, 9 thousand rubles, from them at the expense of the interbudget transfers received from the federal budget in the amount 69 537 516, of 7 thousand rubles and the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 289 030, of 4 thousand rubles.

2. Approve total amounts of budget receipts of Fund for 2011 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 393 068 134, of 5 thousand rubles (including the funds of the federal budget in the amount 5 370 000, 0 thousand rubles allocated for compensation of the loss of income of the budget of Fund in connection with establishment of the lowered rates of insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance for case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 38 075 260, 1 thousand rubles directed to covering of budget deficit of the Fund formed in the course of budget implementation of Fund in 2010 and in the amount 27 326 504, of 6 thousand rubles - on covering of budget deficit of Fund in 2011), on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 72 322 216, of 8 thousand rubles.

3. Approve total amounts of expenses of the budget of Fund for 2011 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 350 757 432, of 4 thousand rubles and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 59 985 037, of 4 thousand rubles.

4. Approve the total amount of the expenses of the budget of Fund directed by Fund to execution of public normative obligations in 2011 in the amount 433 962 692, 7 thousand rubles.

5. Approve the total amount of budget surplus of Fund in the amount 61 025 637, of 4 thousand rubles, including on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 42 310 702, 1 thousand rubles and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 12 337 179, of 4 thousand rubles.

Article 2

Approve the following indicators of budget implementation of Fund for 2011:

1) budget receipts of Fund for codes of classification of the income of budgets for 2011 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) expense structure of the budget of Fund for 2011 according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) sources of internal financing of budget deficit of Fund for codes of classification of sources of financing of deficits of budgets for 2011 according to appendix 3 to this Federal Law.
