About approval of some methods of the analysis on control of sterns

According to provisions of article 36 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of transposition of provisions of Regulations No. 152/2009/SE of the January 27, 2009 establishing methods of sampling and the analysis for official control of sterns, published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. 54 series L of February 26, 2009, p. 1, in the national regulatory base, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Sampling procedures for official control of forages for the purpose of determination of components, including materials which contain, consist or were made from genetically modified organisms, additives for forages of animal, undesirable substances and remaining balance of pesticides, according to appendix No. 1;

The methods concerning preparation of assay samples and representation of results according to appendix No. 2;

Analysis methods on control of composition of primary fodder raw materials and compound feeds according to appendix No. 3;

Analysis methods on control of admissible level of feed additives according to appendix No. 4;

Analysis methods on control of undesirable substances in sterns according to appendix No. 5;

Analysis methods by determination of components of animal origin for official control of forages according to appendix No. 6;

Methods by determination of energy value of compound feeds for poultry according to appendix No. 7.

2. This Resolution becomes effective in 3 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
