List of paid information services

1. The owner of information provides paid information to person who requested it in the following cases:

1.1. the relevant information is provided to the requesting person, but in request need about repeated receipt of information is not proved;

1.2. the queried information is very volume and accomplishment of request interferes with execution of the public tasks assigned to the owner of information or because of unreasonably big costs;

1.3. there is no opportunity without delay to provide accomplishment of request;

1.4. accomplishment of request requires large number of time for systematization, the analysis or execution of information.

Payment procedure for preparation and provision of information

1. These rules are prepared according to subitem 1.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 8, 2012 No. 623 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" of April 20, 2012 No. 323-IVQD and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" and determine payment procedure for preparation and information representation.

2. The payment for information service can be levied by the owner of information provided that it will not exceed expenses on its preparation and provision.

3. The payment for preparation and information representation is levied if its amount exceeds:

3.1. 10 pages - the A4 format;

3.2. 5 pages - the A3 format;

3.3. 2 pages - the A2 format;

3.4. 1 page - the format exceeding the A2 format;

3.51 megabyte - by provision of information in electronic form.

4. If the amount of the provided information exceeds the amount established by part of 3 these rules, expenses on sending information, its representation on different carriers, rendering mail services, and also production of copies of required documents and materials are paid by the receiver of information.

5. Information is transferred to person who requested it after complete payment of expenses on preparation and provision of information.

1. The owner of information requires advance payment for provision of information to person who requested it in the following cases:

1.1. preparation and information representation require costs;

1.2. equipment procurement is necessary for preparation and information representation;

1.3. preparation and information representation require involvement of the additional worker.

Conditions of provision of discount in case of payment

1. In case of information transfer of privilege it are provided to the following persons:

1.1. to persons who are engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities;

1.2. to the students studying in the highest and average special educational institutions.

Conditions and Procedure for satisfaction of query on contractual basis

1. These rules are prepared according to subitem 1.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 8, 2012 No. 623 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" of April 20, 2012 No. 323-IVQD and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" of December 9, 2005 No. 326".

2. The satisfaction of query on contractual basis within provision of paid information services is performed on the basis of the agreement signed between the owner of information and person, requested it.

3. Person wishing to obtain information appeals to the owner of information on the conclusion of the agreement. The owner of information within 7 working days represents for the signature to person who requested information, the draft agreement prepared in duplicate.
