The state service "Certification of the Expert-auditor in Confirmation of Conformity, Accreditation, Determination of the Country of Goods' Origin, Status of Goods of the Customs Union or Foreign Goods" (further - the state service) appears Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - authorized body) to the address: 010000, the city of Astana, the Left coast, the building "Reference center", Ulitsa Orynbor, 11, and also through the web portal of "the electronic government": www.e.gov.kz or through the www.elicense.kz web portal (further - the portal).

2) copy of the identity document of uslugopoluchatel;

4) reports on passing by physical person of the training confirming its participation in work in the declared area of certification of the candidate for experts-auditors on: to products and services (including information on works on certification on various schemes) - 5 (five) reports; to system of management about training lasting at least twenty working days (including the analysis of documentation, participation in checks and creation of reports on them), accreditations (including the analysis of documentation, participation in checks and creation of reports on them) - 4 (four) reports; to personnel - passing of training in certification body of personnel (at least 3 reports).

On the portal:

1) the statement with the data corresponding to appendix 1 to this standard;

2) form of data according to appendix 2 to this standard;

3) reports on passing by physical person of the training confirming its participation in work in the declared area of certification of the candidate for experts-auditors on: to products and services (including information on works on certification on various schemes) - 5 (five) reports; to system of management about training lasting at least twenty working days (including the analysis of documentation, participation in checks and creation of reports on them), accreditations (including the analysis of documentation, participation in checks and creation of reports on them) - 4 (four) reports; to personnel - passing of training in certification body of personnel at least 3 reports) (are scanned and move in electronic form, the consumer certified by the EDS).
