1. Approve the enclosed features of marking for the first time issued in the product circulation, including market access mark or mark of conformity, and procedure for informing the acquirer, including consumer, about possible harm of such products and factors on which it depends.

2. Determine that the certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity issued (accepted) to day entries into force of this resolution are considered valid before the termination of the term established in them within expiration date or the service life of products established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Products and (or) packaging released in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the specified documents mark of conformity are not subject to remarking.

a) about products which are subject to obligatory certification if obligatory certification was not performed which is marked by text "Obligatory certification was not performed";

b) about products which are subject to declaring of compliance based on the evidence obtained with participation of the third party if the manufacturer (person performing functions of the foreign manufacturer) performed declaring of compliance of such products based on own proofs which are marked by text "In case of adoption of the declaration of conformity the evidence obtained with participation of the third party is not used";

c) about possible harm of such products and factors on which such harm depends.

3. Marking for the first time issued in the product circulation which is not intended for children and which can do harm to their health and (or) development in addition shall contain information on inadmissibility of its use and application in the presence of children, and also children.

4. Marking for the first time issued in the product circulation, put in the form of the image of possibility of application of such products, shall be followed by the words "option of use (application)".

5. Information provided by these features shall be put in clear, clear and available form in any manner, providing its preserving during all expiration date or service of products.

6. Information text concerning unpacked for the first time issued in the product circulation which realization is enabled by the organizations of retail trade shall be brought to the attention of the acquirer, including the consumer, in any manner, providing the reasonable choice of such products.
