1. Create the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in structure according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 2.

3. The commissions on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship when implementing the functions to be guided by the Rules of carrying out accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2006 No. 477.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kravchenko A. N.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization and implementation of activities of the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Commission).

2. The commission is the permanent body created for the purpose of carrying out accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship (further - Consolidation) under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Prosecutor General's Office).

3. In the work the Commission is guided by this provision and other regulatory legal acts regulating legal relationship in the field of carrying out accreditation of associations.

2. Organization of activities of the commission

4. The commission is headed by its chairman, in case of its absence the vice-chairman. Heads/staff of separate structural divisions of the Prosecutor General's Office are part of the Commission.

5. Functions of working body of the Commission are assigned to the Office of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Commission sessions are held as required and are considered competent if at them there are at least a half from number of members of the commission.

7. Decisions of the Commission are made by open voting by a simple majority vote, in case of equality of votes, accepted is considered the decision for which the chairman voted. Decisions of the Commission have advisory nature.
