Criteria, in case of compliance to which medical professional non-profit organizations implementation of separate functions can be transferred in the sphere of protection of public health in the Russian Federation

Personal membership of doctors of one specialty in the medical professional non-profit organization uniting more than 50 percent of total number of doctors of the corresponding specialty in the territory of the Russian Federation (data of the personified accounting concerning persons who participate in rendering medical services), and membership of the specified medical professional non-profit organization in other organization corresponding to criteria, stipulated in Item 2 this documents.

2. Consolidation as a part of other organization, the stipulated in Item 1 this document, at the same time:

a) more than 50 percent of the medical professional non-profit organizations provided by part 3 of article 76 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation";

b) more than 25 percent of the medical professional non-profit organizations based on personal membership of doctors of one specialty and uniting more than 50 percent of total number of the doctors of the corresponding specialty in the territory of the Russian Federation created on the main professions of doctors (according to the nomenclature of professions of the experts having medical education).
