5.2. notarial activities;
5.3. issue and replacement of identity certificates;
5.4. issue and replacement of all-civil passports;
5.5. replacement of driver's licenses;
5.6. issue of certificates of criminal record;
5.6-1. issue of certificates of the faces which are on accounting at the place of residence;
5.7. registration of the performed operations on real estate:
5.7.1. issue of statements, technical data sheets about primary and repeated state registration of the property rights to apartments;
5.7.2. issue of references from the state register on the description of real estate, state registration and restriction (encumbrance) of property rights for it;
5.7.3. issue of statements, technical data sheets about repeated state registration of the property rights to individual apartment houses;
5.7.4. issue of the statement about the state re-registration of the property rights to the earth, the plan and the size of this parcel of land;
5.8. registration of the commercial organizations and taxpayers;
5.9. issue of archival references to legal entities and physical persons, statements from archive documents, verified copies of archive documents;

5.11.1. issue of permissions to temporary and permanent residence to foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also work permits on paid work;
5.11.2. the obtaining and reply to the requests connected with determination of citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic;
5.11.3. registration of foreigners and stateless persons in the Azerbaijan Republic;
