1. Approve the Payment procedure of metrological works and services which is applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2001 No. 1405 "About enhancement of procedure for pricing for metrological works" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 44, the Art. 1968);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 31, 2004 No. 1783 "About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2001 No. 1405" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 1, the Art. 20);
Item of 2 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2009 No. 724 "Some questions of provision of administrative services, issues of documents of allowing nature" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 53, the Art. 1839).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
