1. Approve enclosed:

- samples of forms:

certificates of the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic;

registration certificates of the petition in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- description of forms of the certificate of the refugee, registration certificate of the petition.

2. The certificate of the refugee and the registration certificate of the petition in the Kyrgyz Republic belong to forms of the strict reporting.

3. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to public service of migration accounting and safety of certificates of refugees and registration certificates of petitions according to storage precautions of forms of the strict reporting.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 10, 2000 No. 193 "About approval of samples of forms of the certificate of the refugee, the certificate on acceptance to consideration of the petition for the status of the refugee, the registration certificate of the petition for the status of the refugee".

5. Publish this resolution in mass media.
