1. Subject of this agreement is adoption of obligations by the subject of the State energy register on decrease in consumption of energy resources by it in amount for twenty five percent at least within five years due to increase in efficiency of their use.

2. The subject of the State energy register signing this agreement shall provide in authorized body the conclusion on energy audit following the results of which the energy saving potential, to the equal or exceeding 25% of decrease in consumption of energy resources is determined.

3. The subject of the State energy register which signed this agreement shall:

To provide 1) in authorized body annually till March 31 of the year following for reporting, data on decrease in consumption of energy resources by it in amount for twenty five percent at least within five years due to increase in efficiency of their use and the report on development of the financial resources determined in the actions plan on energy saving and increase in energy efficiency developed following the results of energy audit;

2) to reach 25% of decrease in consumption of energy resources due to increase in efficiency of their use within five years from the moment of the conclusion of this agreement;
