About federal executive body, authorized to perform state registration of goods, and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state registration of separate types of products

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare federal executive body, authorized to perform state registration of the goods included in the Section II of the Single inventory, which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Customs union and also in the cases provided by technical regulations of the Customs union.

2. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2001 N 262 "About state registration of the separate types of products constituting potential danger for the person and also the separate types of products for the first time imported on the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 17, the Art. 1711);

Items 1 and 2 of changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2007 N 149 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 12, the Art. 1414).
