1. Approve the enclosed Standard regulations on the housing commissions of local executive bodies, the state companies, public institutions.
2. To provide to department of housing official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services Tikhonyuk N. P.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
