According to the subitem 7) article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About energy saving and increase in energy efficiency" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed instruction form of elimination of violation of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency.

2. Department of new technologies and energy saving (Mukanov T. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in mass media.

3. Control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tuleushin K. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
