These Regulations of information exchange with obligatory reflection of operating automatic control of synchronism of data (further - Regulations) are developed for the purpose of integration and the organization of information exchange of information system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - MZ RK) on reception-transmission of data on registration of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment and information system of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - MF RK Oil Company) by means of lock of "the electronic government" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - MTK PK).

2. The regulations are developed based on the Interdepartmental plan for transition to use of national IIN/BIN identifiers approved by the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 6, 2011 No. 123-r.

3. The regulations determine order of interaction of participants of information exchange, structure of the transmitted data, the modes and methods of data transmission, the transfer time modes, formats of data.
