Rules of rendering the narcological help at the expense of means of the government budget

1. General provision

1.1. These rules are developed for the purpose of execution of subitem 1.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 25, 2012 No. 614 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 17, 2001 No. 581 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 7, 2012 No. 313-IVQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About narcological service and control" and "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About narcological service and control" and determine procedure for rendering the narcological help at the expense of means of the government budget.

2. Types of the narcological help given at the expense of means of the government budget
