According to requirements of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", SOLVED Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization:
1. Approve the Procedure for routing of traffic in telecommunication network public of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To submit to department of communication and Legal support department this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
