In case of adoption of the specified decision determination of the amount of payment for utility on heating is performed according to the Rules of calculation of the amount of payment for utility for heating approved by this resolution;

b) the subitem) Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.09.2013 No. 795

1(1). Public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to make the decision specified in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution on all or certain municipalities located in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation.

4. Rules of calculation of the amount of payment for utility for heating in 2012 - 2014 and the changes approved by this resolution are applied from the date of entry into force of Rules of provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and the apartment houses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2011 No. 354.

4.1. Determine that public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to make the decision on implementation by consumers of payment of utility according to the address with solid municipal waste proceeding from total area of premises according to the paragraph the second Item 148.30 of Rules of provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and the apartment houses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2011 No. 354 "About provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and apartment houses" on all or certain municipalities located in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2011 No. 354
