1. Approve:

Regulations on advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of system of secondary vocational, professional education according to appendix No. 1;

structure of Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of system of secondary vocational, professional education according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Regulations on advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of system of secondary vocational, professional education

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 28, 2012 No. PP-1761 "About measures for further enhancement of system of preparation and completion by qualified pedagogical personnel of averages of special, professional educational institutions" and determines main objectives, tasks, forms, methods and procedure for the organization of advanced training and retraining leading (directors, associate directors) and pedagogical (teachers of general education and special disciplines, training officers, etc.) personnel of organizations of secondary vocational, professional education (further - SSPO organizations).

2. The nomenclature of positions and specialties on which advanced training and pedagogical retraining in system of secondary vocational, professional education are performed (further - SSPO) affirms the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education (further - the SSPO Center), and the list of specialties on which occupational retraining is allowed is determined by the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education (further - MBCCO).

3. The leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO organizations which graduated from educational institutions in other states is allowed to training in system of advanced training and retraining after passing of the procedure of nostrification of the document on basic higher or secondary vocational, professional education.

II. Structure and management of system of advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO organizations

4. The structure and management of system of advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO organizations are under construction on the following principles:

permanent monitoring of quality of advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO organizations, extents of implementation in educational process of new technologies (pedagogical, special, information and communication, etc.);

expansion of opportunities of advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO organizations for increase in their professionalism and competence by use of personnel potential and material and technical resources of the highest educational institutions (further - VOU) specialized on advanced training and retraining of the leading and pedagogical personnel of SSPO and other interested organizations.
