Bring in the Regulations on the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 123, the following change:

Regulations on the Center of State regulation in the sphere of environmental protection and ecological safety of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. The center of State regulation in the sphere of environmental protection and ecological safety (further - the Center) is subordinated division of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the State agency).

2. The center performs the activities according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted according to them other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, and also this Provision.

- establishment and development of international cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of environmental protection, ecological safety and attraction of the international investment and grant aid in the solution of ecological tasks.

4. Functions of the Center

11. The center performs the following functions:

1) in the sphere of development of industry policy:

- makes suggestions for improvement and realization of state policy of integrated management of actions for environmental protection and rational environmental management, development of forest and hunting economy;

- participates in project development of regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection, rational environmental management, development of forest and hunting economy;

- participates in increase in potential (regulating, normative and legal and institutional) in the sphere of environmental protection for providing ecological safety of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- determines the priority directions of actions for providing ecological safety;

- enhances regulation mechanisms in the sphere of environmental protection (including chemical, biological and radiation safety);

- participates in development, acceptance and implementation of national and regional programs in the field of providing ecological safety (including chemical, biological and radiation safety);

- participates in implementation of international cooperation in the field of ensuring chemical, biological, radiation safety and accomplishment of obligations according to international treaties;

- carries out data collection, the analysis of condition and providing ecological safety and issues recommendations;

- participates in implementation of global ecological conventions of the United Nations (UN) and other international treaties concerning environmental protection, in the procedure established by the law become effective which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic;

- according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic performs, within the competence, attraction of the international investment and grant aid in the solution of questions on improvement of ecological condition of the republic according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic:
