Approve "The standard framework contract about payment of cost of services of education at the expense of means of the government budget" on the relations created between the Ministries of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic and higher educational institution providing services by training to persons having the status of displaced persons according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of refugees and displaced persons (persons moved within the country)", studying at paid basis in the state higher educational institution of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Appendix 2).
