About establishment of separate document forms concerning licensing of educational activities and recognition No. 109 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2010
Based on paragraphs of the fourth and fifth of part one of Item 336 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity" the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish forms:
data on the planned completeness of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, pedagogical workers, qualifications of pedagogical workers, including the head and his deputies, according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
data on availability of material and technical resources of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
data on availability of educational editions of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2010 No. 109 "About some questions of licensing of educational activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 287, 8/22972).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
