About establishment of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for arrival in the Russian Federation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and tobacco products

1. Determine that arrival in the Russian Federation is direct from the territories of the states which are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, alcoholic products (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2204-2206 00, of 2208, except 2208 90 910 0 and 2208 90 990 0) and the tobacco products (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2402 10 000 0, 2402 20, 2403 11 000 0, 2403 19, except the tobacco raw materials used for industrial production of tobacco products) imported by road, air, railway and sea (river) transport it is allowed only to check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
1(1). Determine that arrival in the Russian Federation is direct from the territories of the states which are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, ethyl alcohol (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2207 10 000 0, 2207 20 000 0, 2208 90 910 0 and 2208 90 990 0) imported by railway or sea (river) transport, including courts of the swimming mixed (river sea) it is allowed only to check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the alcoholic products and tobacco products specified in Item 1 of this resolution if they are imported into the Russian Federation:
a) physical persons not for dealing purposes, and also separate categories of the foreign persons using customs privileges;
b) according to customs procedure of duty-free trade;
c) as supplies.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
