1. Approve:

structure of executive office of the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" with the extreme total number of workers of 15 units (without service personnel) according to the appendix N 1;

Regulations on procedure for acquisition and provision in leasing of the meliorative equipment, machines and other means of mechanization by the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing", and also acquisitions by Meliomashlizingservice affiliated enterprise of the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" of goods, spare parts and accessories for technical and field service of the meliorative equipment, machines and other means of mechanization according to appendix No. 2.

1. This Provision determines the mechanism of acquisition and provision in leasing of the meliorative equipment, machines and other means of mechanization (further - the meliorative equipment) the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" (further - the Lessor), and also purchases of goods, spare parts and accessories for technical and field service of the meliorative equipment by Meliomashlizingservice affiliated enterprise of the State-owned leasing company "Uzmeliomashleasing" (further - affiliated enterprise).

2. The list of the meliorative equipment provided in leasing affirms the decision of Council of Fund of the meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands created by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 31, 2007 No. PP-718 "About the organization of activities of Fund of meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

The goods, spare parts and accessories for technical and field service of the meliorative equipment which are not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan are acquired by affiliated enterprise according to the lists approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and domestic goods, spare parts and accessories - according to the lists approved by the Lessor.

3.
