1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

Rules of registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased local executive by body in private housing stock (further – Rules), are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased local executive by body in private housing stock.

Chapter 2. Procedure for registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock

To 1-2) mothers having many children awarded with suspension brackets "Three-copecks piece of alg", "Kum_s of alg" or who were entitled earlier "Mother heroine", and also awarded with the degree awards "Maternal Glory" I and II, to large families. 11) the mothers having many children awarded with suspension brackets "Three-copecks piece of alg", "Kum_s of alg" or who were entitled earlier "Mother heroine", and also awarded with the awards "Maternal Glory" I and II of degrees, large families;

12) families of persons, the died (dead) in case of execution of the state or public duties, military service, preparation or implementation of flight in space, rescue of human life, protection of law and order;

13) incomplete families.
