1. Approve the Technical regulation "Beer and Drinks on the basis of Beer" it (is applied).
2. The technical regulation "Beer and Drinks on the basis of Beer" becomes effective in six months after its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff and the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.

The technical regulation "Beer and Drinks on the basis of Beer" (further - the Technical regulation) establishes terminology, the minimum conditions of quality, the requirement to production process, labellings, rules and procedures for assessment of conformity, and also for supervision of production and placement in the market of the products, specified in the table below, as domestic and imported:

2. In this Technical regulation the used concepts have the following value:
1) beer - the alcoholic foaming drink saturated with carbon dioxide received by fermentation of the beer mash developed from beer malt, hop and/or products from hop, water and beer yeast without addition of ethyl alcohol, aromatic substances and flavoring additives.
Partial replacement of malt for beer production is allowed by grain neosolozhenny products provided that the total quantity of the replaced malt on weight did not exceed 30%.
Addition of sugar or sugar syrup is allowed provided that their content on weight shall not exceed 3% of mass of the replaced malt;
2) beer special - the beer received by fermentation of the beer mash developed from beer malt and/or grain neosolozhenny products, hop and/or products from hop or from beer with variety of organoleptic and physical and chemical characteristics by use of sugar or sugar syrup and/or vegetable raw materials, fruit, berries or products of their conversion and/or natural nutritional flavoring or aromatic supplements. Beer special can be produced on special technology without addition of ethyl alcohol, but content of beer in special beer shall be at least 80%. Concentration of alcohol in special beer shall be no more than 7% about.;
3) drink on the basis of beer (beer mixes) - alcoholic drink with content of ethyl alcohol no more than 7% about., prepared on the basis of beer, with use of sugar or sugar syrup and/or vegetative raw materials, fruit, berries or products of their conversion and/or natural nutritional flavoring or aromatic supplements.
Drinks on the basis of beer are made without addition of ethyl alcohol and content of beer in them shall be at least 40%;
4) beer nonalcoholic - beer with content of ethyl alcohol of no more 0,5 of % about.
5) beer wheat - beer with content of wheat malt at least 50% of general content of the malt applied as raw materials;
6) the beer filtered - the beer received by method of artificial department of suspensions and yeast from drink;
