These rules of submission of the reporting by the clearing organizations (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2003 "About the security market" and establish the list, forms, terms and procedure for submission of the reporting by the clearing organizations to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - authorized body).
1. The clearing organization represents to authorized body electronically:
1) daily, no later than 12:00 hours of time of the city of Astana of the working day following behind reporting day, the report about net - requirements and net - obligations of the subjects using services of the clearing organization according to appendix 1 to Rules;
2) monthly, no later than the fifth working day of the month following month under report:
the report on the subjects using services of the clearing organization according to appendix 2 to Rules;
the report on the financial instruments accepted on clearing servicing according to appendix 3 to Rules;
the report on the subjects using services of the clearing organization, from bad faith fulfilling the obligations according to transactions according to appendix 4 to Rules.
2. The reporting constituted electronically goes with use of transport system of the guaranteed delivery of information with cryptographic remedies providing confidentiality and not adjustability of the represented data on the address specified by authorized body.
3. In case of need modification and (or) amendments of the reporting, the clearing organization represents to authorized body the modifed reporting and written explanation with indication of the reasons of need of modification and (or) amendments in the reporting.
4. By consideration of reports the authorized body requests from the clearing organization of the data and the documents necessary for verification of information specified in the reporting.
