About interaction of state bodies in the field of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law determines bases of interaction of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of forming of the effective and single foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic aimed at all-round development of its equal relations with foreign states, the international organizations and other subjects of international law taking into account national interests of the Kyrgyz Republic.
For the purposes of this Law the following concepts are used: foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic - purposeful activities of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the international relations;
foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic - the foreign policy reference points and priorities of foreign policy activities of the Kyrgyz Republic for important issues of international cooperation enshrined in the concept of foreign policy, and also in regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;
foreign policy initiative - the offers connected with questions of determination and realization of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
the concept of foreign policy - the fundamental political document in the field of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic which contains frame of reference on content, the principles and the main directions of foreign policy activities of the Kyrgyz Republic determines the main reference points and priorities of foreign policy activities of the Kyrgyz Republic;
special-purpose committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - special-purpose committee of Jogorku Kenesh) - committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to which maintaining questions on the international and inter-parliamentary cooperation of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic belong.
