1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.03.2013 No. 139

2. To the Ministry of Finance to perform in accordance with the established procedure transfer of materials and the computer program "The Automated Workplace for Forming of the Database about the Registered Foreign Investments in the National Economy of Ukraine" to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

3. Transfer the budget settings provided in 2012 to the Ministry of Finance in the general fund of the government budget according to the program 3501010 "Management and management in the field of finance" in the amount 17, to 6 thousand hryvnias to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade according to the program 1201010 "Management and management in the field of economic development and trade" for support of the computer program "The Automated Workplace for Forming of the Database about the Registered Foreign Investments in the National Economy of Ukraine".

To perform transfer of budget settings in consumption expense limits.

4. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade - approval of transfer of budget settings, stipulated in Item 3 these resolutions, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) after the specified approval:

To the Ministry of Finance - entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget;

To the public treasurer service - transfer to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of means according to the transferred budget settings.
