About modification of the Procedure for state registration of innovative projects and maintaining the State register of innovative projects

Bring in the Procedure for state registration of innovative projects and maintaining the State register of innovative projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 2003 No. 1474 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 38, Art. 2031; 2010, No. 57, the Art. 1964), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1 of the word "The state committee on questions of science, innovations and informatization (further - Committee)" to replace with the word "Gosinformnauki".
2. In Item 2:
Paragraph one and subitems 1 and 2 to state 1) in such edition:
"2. The subject of innovative activities which declares the innovative project on state registration files such documents to State information sciences:
1) the statement for consideration of the innovative project in the form approved by Monmolodezhsport on representation of State information science;
2) the innovative project in the form approved by Monmolodezhsport on representation of State information science stitched, numbered, certified by the signature and under seal the applicant;";
Subitem 4 to exclude 2);
"Notarized" to exclude 3) in subitem 5 of the word;
Subitem 6 to exclude 4).
3. State Item 3 in such edition:
"3. The decision on state registration of the innovative project is made State information sciences based on conclusion of the organization for conducting examination of innovative projects (further - the expert organization).".
