About modification of the Procedure for state registration of innovative projects and maintaining the State register of innovative projects

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for state registration of innovative projects and maintaining the State register of innovative projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 2003 No. 1474 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 38, Art. 2031; 2010, No. 57, the Art. 1964), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for state registration of innovative projects and maintaining the State register of innovative projects

1. In Item 1 of the word "The state committee on questions of science, innovations and informatization (further - Committee)" to replace with the word "Gosinformnauki".

2. In Item 2:

Paragraph one and subitems 1 and 2 to state 1) in such edition:

"2. The subject of innovative activities which declares the innovative project on state registration files such documents to State information sciences:

1) the statement for consideration of the innovative project in the form approved by Monmolodezhsport on representation of State information science;

Expertize of the innovative project is carried out by the expert organization according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and nauchnotekhnichesky examination" and the procedure approved by Monmolodezhsport on representation of State information science, at the expense of means of the applicant in time, defined by the agreement on its carrying out.

The conclusion of the expert organization is effective during the term defined by the agreement on conducting examination.".

in the name and the text of appendix of the word "The State Committee of Ukraine concerning Science, Innovations and Informatization" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The state agency concerning science, innovations and informatization of Ukraine" in the corresponding case;

figures and the word "21 (1)" to exclude part;

"200 _" to replace figures with figures "20 __";

"the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words words "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
