3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Department of hunting supervision and regulation of number of hunting resources of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 18, 2011 No. 395.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of development of agro-industrial complex of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Regulations on Department of hunting under the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

offers on establishment of rules, regulations, methods and terms of hunting, limit and quotas for production of objects of fauna;

projects of regulatory legal acts, standards, standard rates and instructions for use hunting resources, state programs in the field of hunting and okhotkhozyaystvenny activities, preserving, reproduction and rational use of hunting resources;

materials on forming and adjustment of the List of hunting animal species;

projects of the single benefits and other information materials containing certain data which knowledge is required from the hunter - hunting minimum;

drafts of rules, conditions, accounting treatment and issue of hunting tickets (certificates);

projects of the provisions regulating accounting of hunting grounds of the republic, procedure for provision/fixing of hunting grounds and condition of use of them;
