The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish export amount from the Republic of Belarus of gold (the FEACN CU code 7108) for its outward processing of the Customs union in jewelry and/or their parts (the FEACN CU code 7113) for 2012 in the amount of no more than 100 kilograms.
2. Control of execution of this Decision to assign to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Ask the Belarusian Side to provide to Board of the Eurasian economic commission data on the actual amounts of conversion of gold out of customs area of the Customs union in 2012 no later than March 1, 2013.
4. This Decision becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
