About budget implementation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2004

Article 1

Approve the performance report of the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) for 2004 according to the income in the amount 1 015 800, in 4 million rubles and on expenses in the amount of the 967th 539, in 7 million rubles with the following indicators:

1) on budget receipts of Fund for 2004 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) on expenses of the budget of Fund for 2004 according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) on expenses of the budget of Fund on provision of pensions for 2004 according to appendix 3 to this Federal Law;

4) on sources of internal financing of budget deficit of Fund for 2004 according to appendix 4 to this Federal Law;

5) according to the income and expenses of the budget of Fund connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions for 2004 according to appendix 5 to this Federal Law.

Article 2

1. Determine the size of reserve of the budget of Fund as of January 1, 2005 in the amount equal to balance of the budget of Fund as of January 1, 2005, except for means of pension accruals and establish it in the amount of the 66th 503, of 0 million rubles.

2. Establish the size of the budget funds of Fund connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions as of January 1, 2005 in the amount of 173rd 905, 1 million rubles.

Article 3

Determine that the insurance premiums for mandatory pension insurance which came to the budget of Fund in 2002 - 2004 and are not considered in general and special parts of individual personal accounts of insured persons for 2002 - 2004 in connection with non-presentation of data by insurers of the individual (personified) accounting are considered as a part of reserve of the budget of Fund in the amount of the 6th 585, by 6 million rubles.
