1. Approve Rules of opening and functioning of objects, supervision of which is assigned to law-enforcement bodies , (are applied).
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of prevention of head department of protection of law and order and prevention of militia of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. These rules establish requirements to opening and functioning of the covered, half-open, open shooting shooting galleries (further, unless otherwise specified, shooting shooting galleries), shooting ranges, shooting and hunting stands, weapon and repair and stamp and engraving workshops, supervision of which is assigned to law-enforcement bodies.
2. Requirements of these rules do not extend to objects of the state military forming and paramilitary organizations, customs authorities and bodies of prosecutor's office.
3. Opening and functioning of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges, shooting and hunting stands (further, unless otherwise specified, - shooting objects) is performed after their equipment by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs (further - the organization) according to requirements of these rules and obtaining in Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees, managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations), Departments of Internal Affairs on transport (further, unless otherwise specified, territorial Department of Internal Affairs) permissions to opening and functioning of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges, shooting and hunting stands, weapon repair shops, shops on realization of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in form according to appendix 1.
Without receipt of permission to opening and functioning of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges, shooting and hunting stands, weapon repair shops, shops on realization of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it the shooting objects intended for firing from pneumatic weapon with dulny energy of no more 7,5 of J open and function.
4. Accounting of weapon and the ammunition which are stored on shooting object is performed by the employee of the organization in register of weapon and ammunition according to appendix 2.
5. Issue and acceptance of weapon and ammunition on shooting object is made for carrying out firing practice by the employee of the organization responsible for their issue and acceptance, under list in the magazine of issue and acceptance of weapon and ammunition and briefings according to appendix 3.
6. Registers of weapon and ammunition, issue and acceptance of weapon and ammunition and briefing shall be numbered, strung together and under seal divisions of allowing work of territorial Department of Internal Affairs (further - division of allowing work) or territorial Department of Internal Affairs.
7. Rooms for storage of weapon and ammunition shall conform to the following requirements:
7.1. walls, partitions, ceiling and floor shall be capital, executed from brick or stone with laying thickness at least 380 mm, either concrete wall blocks at least 200 mm thick, or concrete blocks in two layers, each at least 90 mm thick, or steel concrete panels at least 180 mm thick (the structure elements which are not meeting the specified requirements are closed by steel lattice);
7.2. doorways are equipped:
outside - the continuous steel door (hatch) at least 3 mm thick strengthened on perimeter and diagonal by steel profile at least 3 mm thick and at least 50 mm wide. In earlier built rooms availability of the clapboard odnopolny door (hatch) at least 40 mm thick upholstered from two parties with galvanized roofing steel with bend of sheet edges on door end face is allowed. The outside door (hatch) shall have two internal locks, fixtures and loops, and also the device for sealing (sealing).
