Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 2 of the Procedure for use of funds of the government budget which are allocated for acquisition of the domestic machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex on the terms of financial leasing and action for transactions of the financial leasing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 No. 1904 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 51, by Art. 2679; 2004, No. 46, Art. 3021; 2005, No. 27, Art. 1567; 2007, No. 14, Art. 533, No. 76, Art. 2811; 2009, No. 44, Art. 1479; 2010, No. 41, Art. 1346; 2012, No. 12, the Art. 445), words "Interdepartmental advisory council concerning determination of priorities in production of the new machinery and equipment for agricultural producers" to replace with the word "Minagropolitiki".

2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2006 No. 147 "About heads of some consultative, advisory and other bodies formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 360):

In Regulations on Interdepartmental advisory council concerning determination of priorities in the production of the new machinery and equipment for agricultural producers approved by the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2007 No. 679 "Some questions of Interdepartmental advisory council concerning determination of priorities in production of the new machinery and equipment for agricultural producers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 32, the Art. 1308):

"6. At the meetings the Interdepartmental council develops offers and recommendations about questions which belong to its competence.

Offers and recommendations are considered approved if more than a half of the members of Interdepartmental council who are present at meeting voted for them.

Offers and recommendations are fixed in the minutes which are signed by the chairman at meeting and the secretary and are sent to all members of Interdepartmental council and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The member of Interdepartmental council which does not support the offer (recommendation) can state in writing the separate opinion which is applied to the minutes.".
