According to articles 35 and 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services which is applied.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs creation and functioning of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles.

Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services

1. The nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles (further - the nation-wide database) is component of the Unified state register of vehicles which contains information on results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, and also on the cancelled, damaged or damaged forms of protocols of check of technical condition of the vehicle.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:

users of nation-wide base of data - authorized officers of subjects of the nation-wide database which are in accordance with the established procedure granted the appropriate rights of access to the nation-wide database;
