About creation of the State company "Kyrgyzkomur"
For the purpose of realization of state policy in coal-mining industry, coordination of production economic activity of the coal-mining companies, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring domestic market with domestic coal:
1. Create the State company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic by merge of the state companies "Komur" and "Cara-Keche".
2. Determine that the State company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the State company "Komur" and the State company "Cara-Keche".
3. Determine that the State company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- performs promotion and execution of state policy in coal-mining industry, regarding providing the population, state-financed organizations, and also the companies of fuel and energy complex with coal;
- renders assistance to the companies of coal industry which signed the relevant agreements regarding providing with coal the population, state-financed organizations, and also the companies of fuel and energy complex.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16.12.2016 No. 687
5. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to fund for management of state-owned property to use of the State company "Kyrgyzkomur" the building in the city of Osh, at the address: city of Osh, Ulitsa Alisher Navoiy, 54.
6. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.12.2015 No. 851
7. Recognize invalid:
- the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state support of development of the site Central the coal Cara-Keche field of June 16, 2010 No. 89;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Charter of the State company "Cara-Keche" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 29, 2010 No. 137;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State company "Komur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 28, 2010 No. 215.
8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
9. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
