1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and functioning of national electronic information resource and national information systems, information and communication networks.
2. To department of state policy in the field of information technologies of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Eleusizova K. B.) provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its official publication and placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarsenov S. S.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
